Team Leader Duties and Responsibilities
A Team Leader is an individual or business that makes the minimum, annual donation, or more, and identifies 10 or more other individuals/businesses to do the same. Team Leaders receive automatic "Gold Status" and have the opportunity to win unbelievable prizes, and more. Below are the participation levels for individuals and businesses:

For individual participation levels, names will be posted on Sankofa’s web site, as supporter. |

Team Leader duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Familiarize yourself with the General Information Sheet, and follow the easy instructions.
- Complete the Registration Form and get each team member to do the same. As Team Leader, you can complete the Registration Form on behalf of a team member. A Registration Form is required for each team member.
- Write Team Leader on the appropriate Registration Form.
- Collect the donation from each team member. For accountability purposes, team members must donate by check or money order. On-line donations are not acceptable from team members.
- Ensure checks are made payable to Sankofa International.
- Mail all Registration Forms and checks to: Sankofa International, P.O. Box 27174, Washington, D.C. 20038.
Note: Sankofa will mail to team members program participation cards and other related items. |
